Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Western Miss Boutique, but we understand that sometimes you want something else. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order. 

Returns:

  • We accept returns for store credit only. 
  • Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customer provides return shipping fee.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, no stains (makeup, deodorant), no pet hair, must not smell like smoke or perfume, and with the tags attached.
  • If an order fulfillment mistake was made or there is a damaged item, then we will be responsible for shipping cost. However, if your return is a request based on dislike or sizing issue then customers are responsible for the shipping cost or return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale Items
  • Accessories, hats, jewelry
  • Items damaged after wear


Exchanges:
Exchanges depend on availability.

Final Sale:
All sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important:
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
